- Many many thanks for the fantastic job Anderson-Chalke Clambakes did for my son and his fiance's party. From the time your people arrived and began to set up, my husband and I relaxed when we saw the professional job Dan and Steve did. We did not know most of the people who came, but were able to spend this time with them because the food was taken care of. Everyone raved over the quality, quantity and presentation. We had people from all different stated and a clam bake was the perfect way to entertain them. The lobster was sweet, steaks were tasty and the clams had no grit or sand! I would highly recommend you to anyone planning a party. In fact, we are trying to figure out when we can have our next clam bake. --P.S. the price was great too!
